On April 26th, The Otsego County Chamber presented the Upstate Chair of the Empire State Development Corporation, Daniel Gundersen to an overflow crowd of local business, education, and government leaders.

Mr. Gundersen's office has graciously granted permission to make his comments available for download for those who could not attend.
